1、Estimated Delivery Times:

Custom Dolls: 

USA & Canada: 3-5 weeks

Other Countries: 3-5 weeks

 

Ready to ship dolls (USA Warehouses)

USA: 3 – 7 business days.

 

Total delivery time includes manufacturing process & shipping time. Custom made Dolls manufacturing process takes usually 5 – 10 days, depending on your selected custom options. You will receive a second confirmation mail when your order is manufactured / packed for shipping. The second confirmation mail also includes the tracking number.

On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.

Note: Sex Doll shipping times will be delayed for the Chinese New Year holiday in January every year, as most sex doll manufacturers shut down for 2-3 weeks.

For countries that charge Import fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.
